Coral Thorin is the sister of Hart Thorin and the owner of the only bar in Hambry, The Traveller's Rest. During the course of Wizard and Glass, she takes Eldred Jonas as a lover and becomes a minor antagonist in the book.
Coral is a very hard woman. She doesn't let her emotions cloud her actions and often takes a strict approach towards resolving conflicts. She does have a soft spot for Sheemie whom she considers well-meaning and a valuable worker, although she is fine with the thought of framing Roland, Cuthbert and Alain for the murder of her brother Hart.
She takes up with Clay Reynolds after Jonas' death and becomes an outlaw herself and follows him when he goes to John Farson's camp before The Fall of Gilead.
She is killed in an attempted robbery.
