George O'Mearah was one of the New York cops who patrolled the area in front Clement's Guns and Sporting Goods. His partner was Carl Delevan. George and Carl were trying to bust Justin Clements, but when Roland gave them reason to go in and bust Fat Johnny Holden, they were both joyed. Both were out smarted by Roland Deschain when he was in control of Jack Mort.
