Guttenberg, Furth, and Patel was an accounting firm in New York City of the Keystone World. Trudy Damascus was one of its employees.
Richard Goldman, the C.E.O. of KidzPlay, owes the firm a large sum of money. Damascus was out to get him to re-pay the debt.
It is possible that the 'Furth' in the naming of the company is a reference to Robin Furth, King's research assistant, author of the Concordance, and writer of the The Dark Tower Comics.
