The Little Sisters are a type of vampire. They can be found in the town of Eluria.

The Little Sisters have the ability to transform from a human appearance to their grueling red-eyed vampiric appearance. They also keep their youthful human looks by feeding on others.

Role in the Dark Tower SeriesEdit

During the events of The Little Sisters of Eluria, they run an infirmary where they get people back to health so they can feed on them. They capture Roland Deschain but with the help of Sister Jenna, escapes.
